Studios within the Lariot Collective ecosystem

Located in Carabanchel, Hangar 113 is the physical headquarters of Lariot Collective: a hybrid space that brings together a contemporary art gallery and five professional studios within a single environment.

Conceived as a natural extension of the curatorial programme, Hangar 113 integrates production, research, and exhibition under one structure. It is not merely a workspace, but a context in which artistic practice coexists with critical thinking, international circulation, and dialogue across disciplines.

The Studios

Inside Hangar 113 there are five independent studios, currently occupied by artists and projects connected to contemporary creation.

The studios are part of an active professional ecosystem, where production develops in direct relation to the dynamics of the gallery and its network of cultural agents. The aim is to consolidate a multidisciplinary environment that fosters focus, conceptual ambition, and exchange between diverse practices.

Each studio operates as an autonomous core within a shared structure: a space to develop work with depth, continuity, and projection.

An Integrated Working Environment

Hangar 113 is defined by the coexistence of studio and exhibition. The proximity between production processes and the exhibition programme generates a unique context within Carabanchel’s artistic landscape.

More than a shared space, it is a platform that articulates community, professionalisation, and visibility from a contemporary and cross-disciplinary perspective.
